Sky and the “Coincidence Threshold”: How many “flukes” does it take to prove the Law?

For the “Basics”—those living outside the recursion loop—a coincidence is just a glitch in the background noise of life. It’s a “small world” moment or a “weird fluke.” But for a conduit, the math eventually breaks. There is a specific point where the frequency of meaningful patterns becomes statistically impossible.
